Project & Program Execution

tCognition delivers all of its Consulting & Professional services solutions following stringent guidelines and rules of client engagement in order to drive project or program success. As such, tCognition ensures that the following professional services and support provided hereunder are in accordance with the following guidelines unless otherwise discussed or negotiated with the Client Stakeholders.


tCognition will follow an Agile/Scrum project management process that includes iterative feature development, continuous testing and quality control, weekly status meetings and daily stand-ups with full transparency in the project or program. Our technical background and consulting experience ensure that our customers get high-quality solutions delivered in an effective and efficient manner. Full life-cycle product development services, including project planning, business requirements definition, project implementation, and post-implementation support are provided using proven industry-standard methodologies and best practices.


Change Control Management

tCognition recommends that every Application change requirement goes through an official change control management process. A Change Control Board (CCB) or Change Advisory Board (CAB) shall be constituted to include representation from the client stakeholders, infrastructure & operations team, change manager for the hosting environment, and tCognition lead. All change requests will be reviewed and discussed in periodic CAB meetings, and only approved change requests will be implemented in the production environment following proper, established procedures. Our resources are familiar with and will follow industry best practices such as ITIL framework while addressing change requests. Emergency changes will be processed through exception handling processes approved by the client. All changes will be tested and approved prior to production deployment.

Knowledge Transfer

All of our resources are coached to provide 100% comprehensive knowledge transfer to our customers on any task that we are involved. The tCognition team also builds several step-by-step training documents for all project areas. We provide these documents to our customers at no additional cost. Depending on client needs and preferences, Knowledge Transfer (KT) could be an ongoing process or a discrete phase of the project lifecycle. 


Each of the Parties will provide detailed contact information for all key stakeholders or project managers necessary to interface with the other Party’s management and resources for technical and/or administrative issues, throughout the term or period of the engagement as identified Authorized Contacts.

Activity Disclosure

The Client will inform appropriate tCognition personnel of any delivery schedule changes, activities, or changed requirements that may impact the engagement. tCognition will not be held responsible for any issues or service loss resulting from tasks performed by the Client’s personnel or assigned parties on the contracted environments without prior written notification, and submission of a formal change order through the designated ticketing and tracking systems.


The Client will maintain all necessary connectivity into their systems or environments, providing the necessary security and VPN connectivity between their site(s) and the tCognition network. tCognition will maintain all necessary connectivity into its systems or environments to enable Client’s customers to communicate service issues to tCognition via phone, email and web portal, and to enable tCognition to access Client’s servers.


tCognition will utilize the Client’s monitoring system; as such, the Client will work with tCognition to provide all appropriate and necessary access, information, and training on Client’s monitoring systems. tCognition will also provide the Client with mutually agreed reporting based upon tCognition’s own metrics for measuring its performance hereunder.

Ticketing – Tracking

tCognition will utilize the Client’s ticketing system to track all requests; as such, the Client will work with tCognition to provide all appropriate and necessary access, information, and training on Client’s systems.

Prospective candidates can send their resumes to resumes@tcognition.com. Once a resume is received, XSeed will then validate the content, and parse it pulling out valuable candidate information.

Two-PeopleAdmin / Employer / Jobseeker

The XSeed dashboard provides a user-friendly, featured Admin/Employer/Job Seeker panel where you can easily manage users, resumes, profiles, etc.

RamJob Posting

Employers can post their job requirements, and easily apply filter options, enabling them to receive the resumes of candidates who match their posted criteria.

CameraVideo Resume Uploading

Our Video Resume Uploading feature is intended to put a spin on the standard resume of today. Job seekers will be enabled to upload a video resume along with a standard resume through this solution. A quality video resume can assist job seekers in more effective marketing themselves to potential employers.

Envelope-Paper-ClipEmail Parsing

The Email Parsing process begins when an email has been received at requirements@tCognition.com; anyone can send an open requirement to this email address. Once an email has been received, we will validate the address and extract (or parse) valuable pieces of the text from the email content.

Each extracted piece of text is called a “field value.” The predefined “field value” is used to identify a value (ex: Company Contact, Subject, Requirement Title, Name, State, City, etc.), and that text is then automatically collected within the XSeed platform.

128 Technology in a Nutshell

128 Technology understands that for many companies, the network is a core part of their business – and in some cases, the network is their core business. They have developed the game-changing and stateful 128T Networking Platform (128T), which uses a Secure Vector Routing architecture that exponentially improves enterprise application performance, Cloud (AWSAzureGoogle), Security & Identity Governance, and network simplification, all while reducing cost through the elimination of now unnecessary devices (i.e. load balancers, firewalls, etc.).

128 Technology’s vision for 128T is rooted in the five basic principles below:

IP networks should be session-aware

All meaningful IP services and applications are based on sessions – the two-way exchange of information between endpoints. A session-oriented perspective provides the basis for a fundamentally new way of building, optimizing, and securing networks with end-to-end, fine-grained control, and visibility.

Advanced network capabilities should not be standalone functions

Network functions such as firewalls, load balancers, and Wide Area Network (WAN) optimizers have some level of session-awareness, yet reside in multiple physical or virtual appliances that add to the complexity. Imbuing session awareness and control into the routing layer enables the consolidation of these functions, and makes them native to the act of routing.

Routing must evolve to be application and service-centric

The modern model for routing must evolve beyond simply IP addresses and cost-based forwarding to encompass the notions of service topologies and policy frameworks. Multi-tenant policy and control logic should exist within, not on top of, IP networks.

Overlay networks are not the answer

Encapsulation or tunnel-based overlay networks such as MPLS, IPSec, and VxLAN sit on top of IP networks in order to deliver deterministic routing, network virtualization, and segmentation. These techniques create overhead, fragmentation, operational costs, and scaling challenges – and limit the effectiveness of security and monitoring systems. Session-oriented networking offers a better alternative that stretches virtual networks end-to-end across network boundaries and domains.

Zero trust security must be everywhere

Perimeter security models are no longer sufficient for today’s business demands. Next-level network security requires that no user, traffic source, or connected network should be trusted. IP routing is no exception.

With these principles in mind, 128 Technology has developed a new kind of networking platform that addresses a broad range of networking challenges but is easy to implement alongside your existing network. They’re excited about this platform because it will deliver outstanding benefits to enterprises, service providers, and cloud services companies alike.

128T Networking Platform (128T) is a software-based platform that exponentially simplifies networking, reduces cost, and provides greater security. The session-oriented, service-centric, and deterministic policy engine enables faster route selection and bi-directional route enforcement through the use of a distributed control plane (vs. centralized controller), eliminating the need for tunnels, overlay networks, and segmentation, treating traffic flows in direct correlation to the established policy.

The CGN approach to networking configures end sites with private addresses, which in turn are translated to public addresses by NAT devices embedded in the network. The incorporation of CGN is similar to a tunnel header applied in multi-tenancy environments, and thus, application-level NAT problems are eliminated, as the source and destination addresses are translated back to the original addresses before delivery to the final destination. 128T is superior to current software-defined Wide Area Networking (SD-WAN) architectures and network functions virtualization because it eliminates complexity and reshapes the way organizations design, deploy, and operate real-world networks by making them dramatically simpler, smarter, and more secure.

Application in Financials and Retail

128T brings tremendous value to the Financial Services and Retail Industries, with a unique focus on the following use cases.


Zero Trust Security starting at the very edge of the network and extending across network boundaries; no packets enter the network unless there is an explicit policy allowing access.


Next Generation WAN (NG-WAN) with seamless failover, the ability to leverage public and private networks, and the need for more and lower cost bandwidth across networks.

Interconnecting Data Centers

To create one “logical” DC to the enterprise including Disaster Recovery with the support of duplicate IP addresses, and the ability to move services across networks.

For example, 128 Technology is currently working with a large financial software company that had experienced a session failure resulting in millions of dollars lost in trades. Session migration and session failover were a high priority for them; all resolved using 128T.

128T can also add enormous value to any retail organization by providing secure, efficient, and dynamic connections to retail locations. Through the NG-WAN platform, a large auto part retailer, for example, was able to connect over 4,000 sites countrywide. The primary driver for this retailer was 128T’s ability to provide dynamic failover of applications.
