Organizations operating on a global scale, working in line with economic cycles of growth and contraction have to constantly face the tasks of staff re-utilization, re-development and replenishment. To add to this, shorter product life cycles, have fuelled the demand for temporary IT staff - a trend that is likely to grow exponentially, in the near future. The urgency of project places needs qualified, pre-screened and pre-trained consultants who can contribute immediately with a limited learning curve. The concept of full-time employment is increasingly becoming outdated, while temporary staffing is emerging as a preferred option.
