His current responsibilities include overseeing the entire global operations and
identifying new technology imperatives for the company. Manoj has successfully initiated
partnerships with Siebel Systems and Microsoft Business Solution (CRM) for whole
region leading to increased growth of our consultancy and outsourcing services.
Prior to founding tCognition, Manoj Shinde was Senior Technical Support Engineer
and trailblazer at both - Siebel Systems Inc., USA and Sybase Inc., USA. His understanding
of technology and man - management issues is unmatched. Manoj graduated summa cum
laude from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India and followed it up with a MBA at
Northeastern University, Boston, USA.

Rajendra Desai, Currently working as Administration Manager – Administration, joined
tCognition in August 2007, He is involved in all areas of general administration.
As a manager, Rajendra undertake responsibilities in the area of General Administration,
Security Management, Vendor Management and Liasoning with Government Officials,
quality and cost control.
Rajendra has very good knowledge of Planning, organising, providing leadership and
controlling all administrative functions.

Rajashree Jadhav, currently working as Manager - Human Resources, joined tCognition
in March 2007. She is responsible for leading the HR department.
As Manager - Human Resources, Rajashree is responsible for ensuring employee satisfaction
and maintaining a happy and healthy culture in tCognition. She has extensive knowledge
about the human resource facet. Rajashree has obtained a Masters degree in Science
from Pune University.
Her key areas of expertise include strategic planning and organizational design,
as well as analysis and policy development. Her ability to flex around constantly
changing priorities is wonderful!

Rohit Gaikwad, Currently working as Business Process Manager, joined tCognition
in 2006. Rohit is responsible for developing and implementing standardization process
of “Daily Operating Reports”.He is working with HR to develop, implement and manage
standard and efficient methods for timely completion of “Performance Evaluations”
for tCognition.
Rohit has extensive knowledge about the business process in IT & ITES. Graduating
from Pune University.

Pramodini Naidu, currently working as Recruitment Team Leader, joined tCognition
in December 2007. She is responsible for overall service delivery of a team of recruiters,
ensuring all team members have the skills and knowledge to perform to their full
potential.
She also is responsible for delivering a superior recruitment service to her own
portfolio of customers. She manages and oversees delivery of the Recruitment Process
Outsourcing division.
Pramodini has extensive knowledge about the recruitment experience. Graduating from
Shivaji University.
