His current responsibilities include overseeing the entire global operations and
identifying new technology imperatives for the company. Manoj has successfully initiated
partnerships with Siebel Systems and Microsoft Business Solution (CRM) for whole
region leading to increased growth of our consultancy and outsourcing services.
Prior to founding tCognition, Manoj Shinde was Senior Technical Support Engineer
and trailblazer at both - Siebel Systems Inc., USA and Sybase Inc., USA. His understanding
of technology and man - management issues is unmatched. Manoj graduated summa cum
laude from Osmania University, Hyderabad, India and followed it up with a MBA at
Northeastern University, Boston, USA.

Sunil Dehmukh has led a successful career in commodities trading at investment banking firms including Goldman Sachs, Dreyfus, and Citibank. At Dreyfus Energy, Sunil headed the oil trading desk. Later, he served as the head of the commodities trading group at Citibank.
Prior to working at investment banks, Sunil worked at Exxon and BP in the operations group at their Baton Rouge and Cleveland locations. Presently, Sunil is actively involved in philanthropic activities in both India and the US.
He is the founding member of Sierra Club’s Climate Recovery Campaign in the US.
Moreover, he has personally been involved in setting up a $100,000 annual Environmental Award for Sierra Club. Sunil served as the President of Maharashtra Foundation in NY for several years and helped raise $12 mm for progressive social causes in India.
He has also established high profile Social Service Awards in India, being awarded for the past 15 years in Mumbai. Sunil has been involved in numerous charitable activities in India through personal involvement or monetary donations.
Sunil holds a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering, a Master of Science degree in Business Administration, and Juris Doctor degree. He is admitted as a member of the Bar in Illinois and Ohio.
