| Responsibilities |
Security clearance is a must.
The Account Manager will be responsible for tCognition’s GSA partnership. He/She will serve as the primary business contact for the partner and be responsible for vendor and client satisfaction. The AM is expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to federal accounts, as well as represent Government needs and goals. In addition, the AM will build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities. Must have IT/Software consultancy sales experience as well as federal government sales experience |

| Some of these duties will include: |
- Finding and responding to opportunities on bid boards (Inside Sales)
- Finding non-bid board opportunities (Outside Sales)
- Attending conferences and shows
- Conflict resolution and compliance on customer deliverables
- Ensuring quality standards and customers expectations are met
- Ensuring that customer issues are dealt with in an efficient manner and informing the Director of GSA Programs of any problems that may arise
- Staying on top of any contract renewals and/or any maintenance needs
- Communicate the customer’s goals and represent the customer’s interests to the tCognition team
- Provide regular two-way communication between the customer and the tCognition team
- Have an understanding of tCognition capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the customer
- Reports to the Director of GSA Programs providing regular input on all account activity, including status and call reports on a weekly basis
- Administrative support for GSA Programs
- Other duties as required.
